As an Islamorada Wedding Photographer, beach weddings at Islander Resort are my favorite!! My bride and groom said I do by the sea in this Islander Resort Wedding!

Jamie and Nicholas are from Fort Lauderdale but they still wanted to have a destination wedding! That’s the amazing thing about Florida, isn’t it? You can still have a destination wedding even if you are a local. There are so many amazing locations throughout Key Largo to choose from! Jamie and Nicholas picked Islander Resort in Islamorada for their wedding, and they enjoyed a romantic honeymoon at the Bungalows in Key Largo, Florida.

This couple was elated their entire wedding day, they were so full of smiles for each other, you can easily see the amount of joy they shared in becoming husband and wife! The bride and groom had an emotional first look with each other before their ceremony which included Nicholas gifting his bride with a piece of jewelry.

Their vows were right on the beach, overlooking the endless gorgeous horizon of Islamorada, calm blue crashing waves and all!

Jamie’s bridesmaids all wore long gowns in a shade of dusty sage, paired with sandals for the beachy ceremony. Nicholas’s groomsmen were sleek in royal blue bow ties and vests! I love how the colors of their wedding day echoed the natural colors all around them in Islamorada.

After they said I do, I took my newlyweds out to the dock of Islander Resort for some private portraits. Jamie’s multi-layered tulle gown danced in the wind and moved around so effortlessly for my camera!
