Kristen and Jesiah had an oceanfront ceremony for their Sundial Beach Resort & Spa Wedding!!

Funny story! I actually met Kristen and Jesiah a few years ago when they were already engaged. So I was over the moon when they reached out to me and asked me to be their wedding photographer! The couple is from sunny Key Largo but they decided to have their wedding on Sanibel Island. And it was full of unforgettable moments.

One thing I loved so much about Kristen and Jesiah’s wedding day was the two different first looks! Kristen had a first look with her Dad and it so beautiful. Dad was totally overwhelmed with all the emotions and he choked up at the sight of his little girl on her wedding day. Next, Kristen had a first look with her soon-to-be husband, and you could say his reaction was similar to her Dads! Jesiah got teary-eyed at the sight of his beautiful bride and it made for a memorable and intimate moment between the two of them before their walk down the aisle.

If you’ve ever stopped by my blog before, you know how much I love beach weddings. I always tell my couples if they are looking for a wedding photographer for their laid-back tropical vibes only wedding that I am the wedding photographer for them. So you can imagine how my eyes lit up when I saw Kristen’s ‘bare foot’ sandals! She was toes in the sand all day for her Sundial Resort wedding!

There were a whole bunch of tropical vibes moments happening for Kristen & Jesiahs wedding (which of course you’ll get to see below!) but one of the other unique touches they added to their wedding day – that I also loved, was the memorial table at their reception. I thought it was such a sweet way for them to honor family members that are no longer with them.
