Miami Beach Maternity Photos at South Pointe Park are a must! If it’s one thing I love, it’s all of the amazing natural light that South Florida has to offer!

If you are thinking about having your maternity photos taken at the beach, sunrise is the absolute best time to go. The light pouring in at the break of the day is breathtaking and soft. And, as I’ve said before, the added bonus of a sunrise session is not having to worry about many beachgoers becoming onlookers for your session. It creates a bit of privacy for you in an otherwise public area. Which is perfect if you want to plan an outfit change for your maternity session like my beautiful mom to be did in this shoot!

This gorgeous mama wore two different white dresses for her Miami Beach maternity photos. Even though they were the same hue, each dress had a different feel to it. The first dress you’ll see below was perfect for a breezy day at the beach! With a floating skirt, this dress was the perfect belly-baring gown to show off that sweet baby bump! For her second dress, mom wore a long sleeve off-the-shoulder dress that fell just above her knees. I love the easy breezy feeling of the off-the-shoulder dress. Absolutely perfect for a beach session! And of course, with any beach session, ditching your shoes putting your toes directly into the sand makes it all the more better!

Although the focus of this session was that sweet baby bump, Mom and Dad were really focused in on capturing what this moment means to them as a family. So, Dad joined in on the shoot as well!
